Flexible Automated Plate Repositioning

The Plate Rotation Station is the best device-to-device plate repositioning system (i.e. "handshaking") available for your automated platform. The Plate Rotation Station is rugged, compact and requires no compressed air. Controlled by a 24-volt signal, the Plate Rotation Station monitors for plate presence and signals both primary and secondary automation deck controllers.

Adjustable Rotation Angle

• Offering more than just landscape or portrait plate positioning, the plate handoff positions can be set between 0-330º in 0.18º increments
• Use as a handoff station between different plate handlers or robots that are either non-orthogonal or facing each other (180º rotation)
  

Handshake between Primary and Secondary Automation Deck

• Coordinates plate handoff between two automation decks with conventional 24-volt binary signals
• Ensures that robotic arms from both automation decks are clear of the plate rotation station before allowing movement

Plate Present Sensing & Signaling

• Automation deck controller detects that plate is present and ready for pick-up
• Signal available for both primary and secondary automation deck controllers
