Application-Specific Software Solutions
Echo® liquid handlers enable assay miniaturization using truly touchless acoustic droplet ejection (ADE) technology for a wide range of life science applications. Our selection of software solutions are tailored for these applications, enabling you to get the most from your Echo system. Echo applications software packages feature consistent, easy-to-use graphical user interfaces to maximize your instrument utilization and productivity.
Echo Plate ReformatThe Echo Plate Reformat software simplifies a wide variety of plate transfer functions – plate replication, up-stack/down-stack plate reformatting, and custom regional mapping. An enhancement from the original Echo graphical user interface, this Echo application software offers you great flexibility in specifying the number of source plates, transfer regions and transfer volumes. The drag-and-drop interface combined with color-coded plate preview simplifies the setup process for even the most complex cross-pooling protocols.
Echo Cherry PickThe Echo Cherry Pick software simplifies transfer of any chosen volume from any source well into any destination well. Based on an imported pick list, each sample is placed into the next available well of the destination plate or in a designated location. Optional control samples can be added either in traditional row-wise or column-wise placement, or in randomized placement to reduce geometry-related analysis errors. Echo Cherry Pick software supports pick lists in any of eight CSV file formats for easy interface with LIMS or other management software.
Echo Dose-ResponseThe Echo Dose-Response software enables you to prepare IC
50, EC
50 or any type of dose-response curves using the unique capabilities of the Echo liquid handler. This software leads you through simple steps to design the assay plate layout and create the dose-response curves. The Echo Dose-Response software simplifies the creation of assay-ready plates for dose-response studies by consolidating compound distribution, DMSO back-fill and control compound transfer in a single, easy-to-use graphical interface.
