All instruments sent in for service must have a return authorization (RA) number & signed proof of instrument decontamination form.  
Do not ship instruments prior to receiving your RA number, decontamination document & shipping instructions. Instruments received without assigned RA and signed decontamination form will be returned without service.  
All calibrations are ISO 9001-2015/NIST compliant and include before and after data (ARD) where applicable and 2-day courtesy return shipping within North America.
International customers outside of North America please provide freight collect account information to return your instrument once serviced.
Service Selection




*Full ISO 21501-4 calibration includes counting efficiency & resolution.  Charge shown is in addition to primary calibration selection. Available on MET ONE models: 3413, 3415, 3423, 3425 & 6000/7000 series.


*As-Received Data is only available on HIAC Liquid PSL, PODS & 8011+ equipment.


*Deposit required. Please provide details of problem in detail notes below. Repair estimate will be provided after evaluation for authorization and payment method.
For Repair Other/Eval Fee: a deposit is required to reserve an evaluation.  Once evaluated, an estimate for the cost of actual repairs will be issued for authorization before any work is completed. If repair estimate is rejected, the evaluation fee will be invoiced and the instrument returned as is. Services are invoiced after the maintenance is complete and the instrument has been returned.
